Hey there👋,

August has been a month of making things better! In this newsletter we’ll cover pricing changes that just make us smile, information about an upcoming webinar that we’re really excited about, and a customer story that captures why we love what we do. Plus, we've got some fascinating finds from around the web that range from "genuinely helpful"to "wait, that's actually terrifying"(in the best possible way).

We made Pro and Platform features more accessible

Here's news that might make your day: we've been rethinking our pricing tiers, and the result is that features previously locked behind our higher-tier plans are now accessible to lower-volume senders.

This isn't about raising prices or adding complexity, it's about recognizing that great email features shouldn't be reserved only for the highest-volume senders. Whether you're sending thousands or millions of emails, you deserve access to the tools that make email delivery reliable and debugging straightforward.

All you need to do is go to your Account -> Plans & Add-ons to choose the plan that works best for you!

>Webinar tomorrow: DMARC Demystified

Dev Challenge

Speaking of making email better, we're hosting a webinar next week that tackles one of the most important (and often confusing) aspects of email deliverability: DMARC.

In this 60-min webinar, we will cover how SPF, DKIM, and DMARC actually work together to help your emails get delivered; the real impact of proper authentication on your inbox placement and delivery success; a step-by-step of DMARC implementation avoiding common mistakes; and the importance of good reporting!

Register for the webinar here - it's free, and we promise to keep the jargon to a minimum while maximizing the actionable insights.

Customer Spotlight

Sometimes a customer builds something so clever with Postmark that it makes us step back and think, "That's exactly why inbound email processing exists."

Meet Arunabh, who was drowning in supplier RFQ (Request for Quotation) emails—the kind of tedious, manual data extraction that eats up hours and invites human error. Instead of accepting this as "just how business works," he built an automated pipeline using Postmark's inbound processing and Supabase to transform those emails into actionable, searchable data.

His system automatically parses supplier emails, extracts key pricing and delivery information, stores everything in a structured database, and even provides AI-powered insights through Supabase's MCP server. What used to be hours of manual Excel work is now automated, searchable, and actually useful for making procurement decisions.

It's a perfect example of treating email not just as communication, but as structured data that can power real business processes. The kind of thing that makes us excited about what developers build with our inbound processing capabilities.

>Our latest, greatest finds from around the web

Here are three things that caught our attention this mont. Each fascinating in its own way:

MCP Vulnerabilities Every Developer Should Know - If you've been exploring Model Context Protocol (like our recent MCP server release), this deep dive into security vulnerabilities is essential reading.

Apple's Embedding Atlas - Apple's new tool for visualizing large embeddings is seriously impressive. It handles millions of data points with smooth, interactive exploration of high-dimensional data.

Gandalf - The AI Security Challenge - This is both fun and educational: try to get an AI to reveal secret information through prompt engineering. It's gamified AI security training that demonstrates prompt injection techniques.
